For LSMU SMD members*, submission fee for the first abstract is 15 EUR, for non-members – 25 EUR.
When submitting more than one abstract, a fee of 30 EUR is charged for each additional abstract (including LSMU SMD members).
Passive participants who wish to receive a welcome pack and certificate of attendance must pay a 5 EUR fee.
Additionally, both active and passive participants will be required to pay a 5 – 10 EUR fee per every workshop. Participation fees are non-refundable.
*Those who have already paid the LSMU SMD fee for the 2023-2024 academic year.
All participants have the right to select the session in which they would like to present their abstract. However, the abstract may be transferred to a different session should the topic be deemed more relevant by reviewers. The list of sessions is preliminary and may be subject to change after the abstract submission deadline.

If a session has less than 7 or more than 12 accepted abstracts, the IHSC for All 2024 Organising Committee reserves the right to move abstracts to a different session or combine sessions.
Active participants:
Abstracts are only submitted by active participants. Abstracts must be uploaded to the IHSC for All 2024 website: submission.ihscforall.eu. Submission is open to university students who are pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree from any accredited higher education institution. One active participant can submit an unlimited number of abstracts in all topics. Each abstract must be submitted separately. Submission dates are as follows:
1st of December 2023 – 14th of January 2024, 23:59 EET
No abstracts submitted outside these dates will be accepted.

Payments are accepted only through submission system. We do not accept bank transfers or other payment methods.
Terms for registering and accepting abstracts:
6.1. Introduction – key information to introduce the background of your research and illustrate its scientific problem;
6.2. Aim – a short description of research objectives;
6.3. Methods – a description of methods and materials used in the research, including type of study and statistical methods;
6.4. Results – a description of the obtained results;
6.5. Conclusions – a summary of your research and answers to the objectives. Try to avoid phrases such as “scientific research is in progress”, “the results and conclusions will be presented at the conference”;
6.6. References – a list of literature sources which were used during your study. Sources for the abstract must not be older than 10 years. Citations should be written in Vancouver Citation Style.
6.7. The primary review will be carried out by two independent experts. Based on their decision abstracts may be:
– Accepted
– Rejected
– Conditionally accepted (modifications and secondary review required)
6.8. Each author will be asked to read and sign the statement of authorship as well as declare there was no conflict of interest during the making of the abstract when submitting an abstract.
6.9. Case reports and literature reviews are accepted at the conference. For more information see in “Case reports” section below.

6.11. Abstracts must not have been published in any format before submitting the abstract (e.g., the Abstract book).
6.12. The approved abstract will be published without editing. For this reason, we advise you to make sure there are no mistakes left. The IHSC for All 2024 Organising Committee will not be responsible for any errors in the submitted abstracts.
6.13. In order to include a comparable number of abstracts in each session, the Organising Committee reserves the right to transfer an abstract to a different session.
